Pair of long woollen socks worn by Derek Wright during Commonwealth Trans-Antarctic Expedition (1955-1958).
Two cream coloured knitted knee length socks. Ribbing at top edge, stitches knitted together at back of ankles. Name label "Derek Wright" sewn inside top of each sock.
