White polyester uniform blouse with a swan neck collar, five white plastic button closure at centre front. Single breast pocket on left, short sleeved, buttoned on strip of white fabric on each side. Label in neck “BOOKER-SPALDING ”; “LUTON 16 / WHITE / AIR NZ 320 / CLOTH: F 448 / CUTTING: 1833 / FABRIC: / 65% POLYESTER / 35% VISCOSE / MADE IN CHINA”. Size label “16”. Label sewn into right inside seam.
