Description
Floppy Disk: clear plastic, metal part has Imation logo and “IMATION / HD/DD / DRY HEAD / CLEANING / DISK” printed on it. Yellow and orange paper sticker printed with “DRY HEAD / CLEANING / DISK / No Cleaning / Fluid Required / Recommended Usage: […] Operating Instructions: 1 […]”, with Mat logo and 15 squares at the bottom to record uses of disk. It has pen marks indicating that the disk has been used twice. Accompanied by white paper instruction booklet.
