Description

There are two Aircraft servicing forms. One dated from the 30.08.1965 to the 20.05.1966. There are 36 pages in this booklet. The second Aircraft servicing form has only one entry at the beginning of the form dated 20.5.1966. There are 48 pages in this booklet. Both front covers of the servicing forms and green with a Royal Air New Zealand Airforce stamp located in the centre. All log book pages are yellow with black writing.
