Description
Kinoton ST 200E rewinding machine for 35mm film, used in conjunction with Kinoton FP30D film projector. Disassembled into 9 parts. First part is stability foot which is a 45 degree bracket with support cross beam and two metal plates at either end, includes 4 bolt holes at one end for attachment to central vertical beam. Vertical Beam holds 6 plastic rollers at the top and an instruction diagram on one side, on/off switch box with "ABC Off" plastic black dial, six plastic rollers on one side lower down and opposite side is black metal bracket with an additional one roller. Bottom plate has two bolt holes for securing machine to the floor. Three circular openings along vertical beam which hold three motorised rewinding units.

Three rewinding units which attach to vertical beam, mounted motor on each one made by Groschopp, Germany and a mounted electrical box beside the motor. Includes metal rod which has two plastic rollers (grey and red) and on the other end is a spring attached to adjustable metal rod. At one end of the unit is a large metal silver wheel with spokes and ball bearings in the centre.

Three large circular film tray/dishes attach to motorised rewinding units. Each tray has twelve bolt holes and a circular opening plus a lip that runs the circumference of tray.
Brief History
This film rewinding unit, and the projector it was used with, is one of the last 35mm film projectors used by Hoyts Cinemas in New Zealand.
