Description
Small blue Empire school note book with "Accident record" written on cover. Also on cover is slip of paper stating: "when using anything from medicine cabinet, please enter details in notebook provided." Entries from 1967-1988 across two pages with date, name, accident, and treated by fields. Rest of notebook empty.
Inside front cover is an Emergency First Aid pamphlet from the St John Ambulance Association (Auckland), a First Aid permanent reference issued by the Chemist's service guild of NZ, and a memo to all staff from A.W. Burge. Memo states that stationery is now stored in radar equipment room, and only watch supervisors may access it. Also states that Ross Curran is in charge of this space.
Names included Moffatt, Cassidy, Stevenson, Marshall, Abrahams, McLinson, Dyckes, Davis, Soar, Dwyer, Brown, Thompson and Bailey.
