Floppy Disk: Plain, black, square, plastic floppy disc containing compilation of games for Commodore 64 in a maxell envelope.
Disc carries sticker with hand written label “Side 1 / Green Beret / Side 2 / Int Karate 1 / Max Headroom" and maker's sticker "No. / MINI-FLOPPY DISK / MINIDISKETTE / MINI-DISQUE SOUPLE / MD1-D / JAPAN-JAPON".
Envelope has printed text in black “maxell / MINI-FLOPPY DISK / MINIDISKETTE / MINI-DISQUE SOUPLE”; two stickers have been placed over top of this, hand-written on the first sticker is "Side 1 / L Battle Bound / Load"Boot-Triolgic 3 spaces",8,1 / to get G.B. Infinite / Disk 36", hand-written on the second sticker is "Side 2 / Load"Int Karate 1",8,1 / Load"Max Headroom",8,1 / Disk 37" .
