Envelope has hand-written text "Side A 98 Side B 90 / Load"Menu"8,1, Load"Name of Game",8,1 / A. Ghetto Blaster Cobra / B. Cauldron Farmer's Daughter / C. Tennis BMX Simulator / D. Hunchback Sky Runner / Original Disk".
Disk protection advice on back as pictures with multi-language captions.
