Grey plastic floppy disk case, composed of two parts joined by two hinges on each side and one cardboard insert.

Case: “maxell” moulded into one side of the case at the bottom left. On the same side a sicker is printed with “maxell / MD1-D / Maximum Reliability / ∙Single Sided ∙Double Density ∙ with Hub Reinforcing Ring […] MADE IN JAPAN […]”. Handwritten in permanent marker "BLANKS". Sticker on spine printed with “maxell / MINI-FLOPPY DISK / MINIDISKETTE / MINI-DISQUE SOUPLE / MD1-D” and handwritten in pen “Michael's”.

Cardboard Insert: HEATWAVE / NEBULUS / ZZap Gold Medal [...] with images of screenshots down sides.
