Description
This armband was worn to identify members of the Emergency Precautions Scheme (EPS) in New Zealand during World War II. The volunteer members went on to use their Firefighting and first-aid skills in the aftermath of several natural disasters and led to the establishment of Civil Defence. This armband was worn by a Team Worker.
