5 black and white photographs and a note relating to the laying of a pipeline from Auckland to Wellington. Images include the stabber for the welding operation connecting a 415 mile pipeline from Auckland to Wellington for Spread 2 in Mahoenui, includes not that was originally adhered to verso of photograph; pipebending, hyrdaulic pipe bender and tractor with sideboom out of Mahoenui; trenching with at the Tawa Section, Spread 1; completed and filled in pipeline at Tarapu Road, Raumati Section.
