View is of port side; aircraft has '178' on side of nose; 'BFT' and a roundel partially visible on fuselage. Background is of trees. Aircraft used by the Royal Australian Air Force during World War Two. On envelope aircraft labelled incorrectly as A6-178; correct registration number is A46-178. Original photograph likely taken by a member of the Royal Australian Air Force.
