Telecom Phone Card presentation collectors pack.
The collectors pack is held in a clear, plastic case which has the Telecom logo embossed in the top right corner.
A cardboard sleeve holds the presentation booklet. On the front of the sleeves is an illustration of a Nativity scene. Within the illustration is the text, “Unto / us a / Child is / born”. In the top left corner is the Telecom logo with the text, “PhoneCard™” underlined. The text, “1997 / CHRISTAMS / SERIES / OFFICIAL / INTERNATIONAL / COLLECTOR ISSUE / 250 / SETS ONLY”, is depicted on the front. On the reverse of the sleeve is the Telecom logo with the text, “PhoneCard ™” underlined. Beneath this is the text, “TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS / […]”, detailing further information about the PhoneCards.
The presentation booklet folds outs to reveal three interior pages which hold five PhoneCards. A square piece of tissue paper is held loosely within the booklet. The front cover of the booklet is the same as the front cover of the cardboard sleeve.
On the first page the Telecom logo with the text, “PhoneCard™” underlined is seen in the top right corner. The background is blue with white stars. The text, “THE PROCLAIMATION / [..] / $10 GST INC. PHONECARD”, is printed next to a cut out which holds a PhoneCard. A white arrow above the cut out points downwards.
The PhoneCard has the illustrated text which reads, “Unto / us a / Child is / born”, and is decorated with a patterned border. There is a white arrow at the top pointing in an upwards direction. The Telecom logo is visible in the bottom left corner, and the text, “$10 GST / INC. / PHONECARD ™” is present in the bottom right corner. A certificate of authenticity is held loosely within the collector’s pack. The certificate is cream-coloured paper with the blue border around the edge. The Telecom logo is at the top centre of the page.
