Description
Ronald Burns Bannerman is a virtually unknown New Zealander who played a significant role in both world wars, becoming New Zealand's highest scoring fighter ace in World War I and returning in World War II to become an Air Commodore, a member of the Air Board and Air Member for Personnel. -From first paragraph of essay.
