Description
TEAL cardboard matchbook. Composed of a single piece of folded cardboard. Front: Light teal coloured cardboard with printed text which reads “Another / T.E.A.L. / Service”. The text is in white and dark blue, with the TEAL logo to the right. There is a folded piece of cardboard at the bottom coloured dark blue with a staple holding it in place. “TASMAN EMPIRE AIRWAYS LIMITED” is printed in teal above the staple. On the back is an illustration of a dark blue plane with two white outlined clouds. There is text to the left in blue which reads “CEILING of / SMOKING PLEASURE”. Text below the illustration reads “De Reszke / The Aristocrat of Cigarettes”. Underneath this is the strike strip. At the bottom is a line of blue text on a white background which is upside-down. It reads “Matches (Australia – Zetland, Sydney.” Inside there is a set of 12 matches.
