Regular (standard) 8mm film on reel taken by Robert Valentine (Val) Anderson within original Cine-Kodak box used for processing film. Film is split in two sections and spliced back together on reel as per processing. Total film duration is 0:03:032
Footage taken during the early 1950s. Features Auckland Harbour; Devonport Wharf Area, showing buses lined up on the wharf and cars boarding the ferry. Footage also includes two separate occasions of a Short Flying Boat in Auckland Harbour.
Cine-Kodak boxes features instructions on postage of film to Kodak for processing. On box is handwritten mail address from and too R.V. Anderson and Kodak Ltd, Auckland and 3d. postage stamp.
