Description
Air New Zealand Ground Engineer Overalls.
Navy blue, men's overalls. Worn as a one piece, the overalls are used with a long silver zip which is placed on the front.
On the front are two, large, square pockets positioned on the chest. The right breasted pocket closes with a flap held with a circular silver clip. Above this is a printed rectangular strip in white. The left breasted pocket is open, with the Koru of the Air New Zealand logo printed in white on a blue background. Inside the pocket is one half of a silver clip. Above this is a thin, rectangular strip of fabric with is sewn to the overalls at each end. Above this is green, rectangular fabric sticker with the text, "5 / HANGAR 1" hand-written in black ink. On the underside of the collar the text, "H1" is hand-written in orange. On the right knee is another square pocket which closes with a circular, silver clip. The long arm sleeves have a opening at the end of each sleeve which can be fastened with a small, circular metal clip.
On the reverse of the overalls there is a square, open pocket on the right bottom, and two smaller, vertical pockets on the side of each leg. On the side of each hip is an opening to the interior of the suit.
