"This gives a description of work in progress investigating the possible organisation of a computer very suitable for the execution of higher-level computer languages. The computer (tree machine) is being simulated by an Algol program o a ICL1905 computer. A loading program, enabling the machine language to be written mnemonically, has been written in Algol." -Page 1.
