Description

Rectangular name placard with white text, "FLIGHT STANDARDS / MANAGER / CAPTAIN D. M. THOMAS". The placard is brown with a fake wooden appearance on both sides. It has a thin white border on the front. There are two small holes on either side of the placard, centered to insert a screw.
