Hills Hats Face Mask.
A transparent plastic bag with a seal along the top holds a face mask and filters.
Folded in half and placed against the walls of the plastic bag is a piece of grey card outlining how to use the face mask. In the top right corner is the Hills Hats logo with the text, "HILLS HATS / Made in New Zealand". At the top of the card is the text, "HOW TO FIT YOUR HILLS FACE MASKS / AFTER WASHING YOUR MASK: WASH HANDS IN SOAP / AND WARM WATER AND DRY THOROUGHLY". Beneath this is a series of illustrations placed vertically down the left side with accompanying instructions by each illustration. These read: "INSERT FILTER INTO POCKET / USE SIDE STRAPS TO FIT / MASK TO FACE. Held inside the plastic bag is a fabric face mask. The fabric used is called 'Blue Paua', with a blue and green paua design on the front and is lined with a black fabric. The mask is straight along the top and bottom images and curves inwards on both sides. The fabric on the front has horizontal pintucks. The HillsHats crest with the initials "HH" in white thread on black fabric has been sewn onto the top right corner of the mask. On each corner of the face mask is a strip of black fabric. On each side the mask, the two strips of fabric are joined at the ends by a piece of black velcro. This is repeated on each side so the velcro can come together and hold the mask in place. The reverse of the mask is covered in a breathable, blue mesh fabric. On the mask's right side is an opening where a white non woven filter is held.
Tucked against the face mask in the plastic bag are six non-woven filters. These are white, with a straight long edge and a curved top edge. The sides curve inwards.
