Sterling silver medal with Fireman and fire engine on obverse. 3 bars - one for 20 years service, one for 15 years and one for 10 years on a pale ribbon with a buckle on top. Long service medal presented to Fireman C.A. Osborne for 5-years service 1.4.1938. 5 year long service medal with 2 five year bars and one 10 year bar (total 20 years), fireman and engine. (Auckland) buckle clasp silver with red ribbon. BARS - 1st bar: 5 AFB years on obverse. 2nd bar: Vol. Fireman C.A.Osborne 1.1.48. 3rd bar: 10 A.F.B. obverse 1.4.43. 3rd bar: 5 A.F.B. years. Obverse: Vol. Fireman C.A.Osborne 1.4.53. Standpipe Pendant: Auckland Fire Board. Medal Face: Auckland Fire Board. Long Service. Obverse: Long Service Medal presented to Fireman C.A.Osborne for five years service - 1.4.38.
