Description

Handcuffs (manacles) and key (ex Mt Eden Prison) No.1690. 2 solid steel cuffs with a chain in the centre. One cuff has a key which turns to lock the cuff. The cuffs are joint by a thick hinged metal link. Cuffs are straight on one side and curved on the other.
