Two 16mm black and white film on one reel. Films are 'The Fisher Monoplane' in flight (3:27) and 'Here are the glaciers ' (5:33).

Black and white silent 16mm film of the Fisher Monoplane. Title screen describing an aircraft designed and constructed by D.P. Fisher in Wellington was the first aircraft built in New Zealand to fly successfully. Film has information on the dimensions of aircraft and shows the monoplane in flight in the Wairarapa district on 21st June 1913, flown by Reginald White.

Black and white 16mm film with sound from Neuline Film Studios Auckland presents 'Here are the Glaciers A New Zealand Camera Cruise'. Title screen. Film narrates information on New Zealand glaciers with background music.Shows groups of people taking Road Serivces Buses from hotel to Franz Josef glacier. Tourists walking towards and on the Franz Josef glacier. Aircraft in flight over the Fox Glacier, aerial filming over the Fox Glacier and Mount Cook. Tasman glacier leading to Hermitage at Mount Cook and skining grounds. Credits screen.
