Description

1863 Government of New Zealand Imperial Measure. The measure is circular in shape. Engraved on one side of the object is, "IMPERIAL GILL / 1863", on the other side is, "GOVERNMENT OF NEW ZEALAND". Engraved on the bottom rim is "N [crown] Z / GR / 20 / SM". On the bottom of the object "VR" is engraved. On the top rim is a symbol.
