No.1A Autographic Kodak Junior roll film camera. Adjustable sight. The pivoting brilliant viewfinder collapses when the camera is closed. The camera measures approximately 8½" x 4" high and takes 116 autographic film.
Brief History
Kodak Autographic cameras have a window opening in the back cover which allows the photographer to write directly onto autographic film with a stylus. The notes become fixed onto the negative when the film is developed.
Eastman Kodak purchased the rights to the autographic process in 1914 from its inventor, Henry Jacques Gaisman. A number of autographic camera models were made by Kodak.
