Attributed to 1st Wellington Regiment.
Jacket is dark blue wool, four buttoned patch pockets to front, high neck. Brass NZ Forces buttons, brass belt clips, service ribbons: New Zealand War Service and War Medal 1939-45. Neck badges have lion rampant wth flag and banner. Victoria Crown badges on shoulders. Rank of Major, Mess Dress jacket.
