Description
Stapler 'Acme No.1' - only 1 staple at a time. The unit consists of solid cast metal with a vertical spring and a long, curved handle lever for operating the stapler in a downward motion. In the front is a clamp fitted on with a wing nut. When this clamp is taken off, a small unit comes off so that the staples can then be slid into a slot. There are 2 eyelets, one on either end of the base, so that the whole unit can be screwed down onto a wooden table. Pushing down on the curved lever, activates the system and staples the document.
