Description

"Evancon" cigarette roller, Registered No.548003. This consists of a metal unit holding a pair of parallel wooden rollers. A green sandpaper like piece folds over the rollers which helps to grip the cigarette paper as it is being rolled. The maker's mark is engraved into the bottom of the roller.
