Description
Phillescope tap. A metal 'T' shaped tap, the top end is a circular disc sitting on a hollow pipe-like shaft. The disc on top has a flat rim and raised central section with the makers mark embossed. There is a screw shaft at the top of the pipe and a rubber washer between the top disc and the pipe.
