Description
"The 1895 Instantograph Patent" bellows camera. This Instantograph is a half-plate model with a Lancaster Patent Instantaneous lens. This is a well made camera, much smaller than many view cameras of the era. It is made of polished mahogany with brass fittings. It was popular with the more skilled photographers of the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
