-15A Black, velvet top hat with black band. Brim edged with same material as band made from. Lined inside with leather. Label on inside of crown: "By Appointment B.J.M. Kemp, Tailor and Outfitter. Auckland House, Parnell. To His Excellency the Governor". (Gold writing and crest on black background).
