Wording "TEAL / 21/ YEARS" on striker side of cover and "TEAL" in white printing on the reverse side of the book. The Teal motif is in gold above the word Teal. Cover made by Universal Match Corporation, Los Angeles. Matches - Teal blue with bright blue match heads.
