Description

Voltmeter - GEC - no identifying plate. Black, steel, square box. Curved dial indicator at front with glass panel; 4 screw-down terminals on top (one chipped and one missing); leather strap, from side to side, over the top. The back and rear sides covered in a metal grill with plus and circle shapes cut out - presumably for cooling.
