"Single plate camera; microscope in a horizontal plane, iris diaphragm, filter, black-lighting bulb, aligned on a steel bed, separately clamped, with the capability of adjustment.
Plus assorted accoutrements: 3 microscope lenses, 4 camera lenses, 2 camera plates, 1 clamp." (original Accession Register information).

This microscope/camera has a wooden case with a bellows-like attachment. A wooden block and lens is then attached to the bellows. This microscope is stored in a black case with plywood lid.
