Description
Hearing aid and bag. The hearing aid components are made out of black plastic and metal. Bought second hand in Auckland in 1946 for £10 and worked off 6 standard torch batteries wired together.
-1 "Audiophone" heading aid made by Western Electric (USA). Hearing aid consists of headpiece attached by a cord to a "plug" with a switch in it which, in turn, is attached by a cord to a disc-shaped object.
-2 Black bag, taffeta-lined with a handle and a small "viewing-hole" in the front.
