Description
Wilcox and White organ. Pedal organ, dark stain, "Wilcox & White Organ Co." in gold gothic script on front.Wooden pump organ with two pedals. Art deco style wooden carved designs on front and sides. Also on sides are floral and line pattern carved into wooden frame. Two drink holding platforms, one on each side, and two handles attched on either side for moving unit. W and W maker's mark attached to both pedals. Above the pedals are two levers operated by knees. Retractable keyboard cover. Ten different named stops above keys, one name is missing. Maker's names painted on either side above keys "Wilcox & White. / Organ Co. ; West Meriden. / Conn.". Top piece is hinged, and inside are two labels. One is difficult to read. The other is a warranty card that explains the conditions of warranty with handwritten sections that have worn off. Printed on here reads: "WILCOX AND WHITE / ORGAN. / 775".
