Description
-1 Life Preserver, adult/child yellow, sealed in plastic bag. Instruction for inflation and use printed in blue lettering on the preserver. The white label inside bag reads: "Air Cruisers Company, Life Preserver Adult/Child FAA TSO CI 3d Part No. D21348-109 DATE MFR. and INSP. AUG 1993. MFD. IN BELMAR, N.J. USA. The name ANSETT printed in 35 mm dark blue letters on the preserver.
-2 Plastic bag enclosing the tightly folded life preserver. The plastic bag is sealed by yellow thread the length of the bag. The thread has a yellow tab of nylon with the number D21348-109 printed on it with the word PULL. The bag has a green paper sticky label folded over the sealed top of the bag. The label reads: "Ansett New Zealand, Life Jacket Inspection Record Part 21348-109 Manf. Date Aug. 93. Serial, Last Test Date, Aug. 93. Serviceable - Cert. Eng. Date 1-12-93. App/LIC 33/69 with a signature. Printed in black on the side of the bag is "Air Cruisers Company, Life Preserver Adult/Child. The logo is a rectangle with the words GROUPE ZODIAC.
