Description
PCM Multiplex tester TF 2807, grey cabinet. The tester consists of a series of 10 rotary, click-stop, grey knobs with different functions marked on a circular scale around each knob. In the top right hand corner of the tester is a round, smooth-turning Frequency knob with a disc-like circular scale around it. On the extreme right is a long, thin ON/OFF switch. On the extreme left is a decibel meter, marked dB. Inside the lid is another tin strip with a summary of operating procedures in clear, tabulation format. This is held in place with 2 spring-type screws. When unscrewed, a cable and some brass brackets are concealed underneath. The lid clips onto both sides with chrome metal clasps. There is a plastic carry handle on one side with a pair of grey rubber tapered feet on the other.
