Description
Coloured poster on paper, Dash 8 aeroplane in flight. Background of the poster is blue sky with some clouds under the aeroplane. The Dash 8 has the words...Qantas New Zealand...along the fuselage with the white kangaroo on the red painted tail of the aeroplane. The bottom right hand corner of the poster has the word Qantas. Under the word Qantas is the word New Zealand. With cardboard backing sheet for poster. Black one side and green the other side. Heavy cardboard about 1 mm thick.

Yes, they absolutely did operate in NZ in the Qantas New Zealand livery, although not for very long. They also flew in Air New Zealand's livery, again for only a short period.

The QANTAS aircraft pictured is a British Aerospace BA-146 Whisper Jet. Not actually sure if it flew in NZ in these colours. ANSETT NZ used them here. Dash 8 is a 2 engined turbo-prop aircraft.
