Description
Shoulder travel bag, fabric sides with leather reinforcing around the top and bottom sides. One side pocket with a 320 mm zipper. The centre handles are leather and the handles from either side of the bag can be combined by a leather velcro grip. There are metal loops at each end of the bag fastened to the bag by the leather support. A spring-loaded clip connects a fabric strap to the end of the bag. This is repeated on the other end of the bag and forms the shoulder strap. The length of the strap is 1073 mm and width is 27 mm.
The inside of the bag is lined with vinyl. The sides of the bag are coloured black/blue. The fabric is darker than the leather reinforcing which is a royal blue. The centre of the shoulder strap has a rubber pad to stop the strap cutting into the shoulder. The base of the bag is rectangular. The base has 5 metal coasters to protect the fabric bottom. On the fabric side of the bag the word "Ansett." appears as a pattern over the surface. There is a leather swatch on one side of the bag with the word "Ansett." engraved in the leather. This patch is blue like the bag.
