Description
Metal trophy of a winged woman holding a bird with outstretched wings. The woman stands on a base which is engraved: 'HARMON INTERNATIONAL AVIATRIX TROPHY PRESENTED BY THE INTERNATIONAL LEAGUE OF AVIATORS'. A list of recipients follows including Jean Batten. Two sides of the base are engraved the phrase: 'FOR PEACE'. A sculptor's signature, 'M'Divani', appears on the back of the trophy.
