Brown leather covered soldier's pay book. Cover reads: Army Book 64. Soldier's Pay Book for use on Active Service, 30. General Number - 5094. A signal sticker on the cover flap reads 13/94 Mills C. The inside cover is inscribed in blue ink 13/94 Mills C.K. Pencil inscriptions read: Capt. Jarnott. City 800 ext 66, Acting Captain 1/12/15, 12/1/15, 1/2/15....Appointed 9/3/16 (some of the writing is illegible). The book is filled out with personal and payment details. Handwritten next of kin and contact details in black ink on the last page.
