Description
Grey wool coat with brown stitching and lining. Coat has 2 buttons under the collar and 2 button holes on each side. Right front side has 3 button holes and 5 button sites. The left front side also has 3 button holes and 5 button sites. On each shoulder are 2 loops and a button site to hold epaulettes. There is a pocket on each side, midway down the jacket, each has a pocket flap. There are 3 button holes on the cuff of each sleeve. There is a slit running vertically midway down the back to the bottom of the coat. There are 2 vertical slits at the waist through which a grey woollen belt is looped. The belt has a brass buckle. There are 2 pockets on the inside, along the left side. There is a button at the collar on the left side. On the right inside are 2 buttons. Over them is a grey kidney-shaped piece of grey wool with brown lining. Epaulettes and buttons separated from object at some point. Objects found in early 2007 with coat in Bay 1, Fremlin 3. Not reattached.
