Description
Shelf clock, driven by suspended weights. Walnut veneer. Oblong case 30" tall x 16¼" wide x 4¼" deep. View of St. George's Church, Edinburgh, painted on glass on pendulum plane. Manufacturer's instructions for setting and running the clock are printed on paper pasted inside the case. There are hand-written notes in pencil on the back of the glass picture panel. Pendulum (labelled 1966.538.2) has been removed and is wrapped separately and inside clock case.
