Description

A Telegraph tape with a wooden base with raised wooden lid that is hinged from one side, lid is covered in a thick black rubber. Lid does not open the full way, rises about 80 mm. Inside a metal disc spins and a wire arm that rotates and is spring loaded at connection. Connection is made of black metal. The spindle inside is made of wood.
