Description
Plastic shackles, green, carved from a toothbrush by a World War II prisoner of war in Germany. The manacles have a brass eagle fixed to the centre of the ornament. There is a metal ring through the top of the item and a small strip of metal is attached by another small ring of metal. A small safety pin is secured to the ring on the top of the strip of metal.
