Description
-1 Octagonal, brown, plastic disc with engraved numbers and words. On one side is engraved: NZ 404546 AIRMAN J D FLETCHER CE RNZAF. On the other side is engraved: Do Not Remove. This disc has a small hole drilled in the top and another hole at the bottom. A piece of white string is tied through the hole in the top. The string is attached to a second rectangular-shaped, grey, metal plate. -2 The grey, metal plate has holes in 3 of the corners. It has a row of slits across the centre of the tag. The same information on the top of the tag is repeated upside down on the bottom half of the tag. The tag is engraved with Stalag VIII3 24809.
