Obstetric Vacuum cup / pump. Cardboard 2-piece box with instruments inside. Also instruction manual inside box. Instruments are plastic suction cups with metal pieces on their ends. Two blue rubber hand pumps, two large suction cups which are attached to cylindrical tube with metal syringe-type fitting for extratcion.
