Description

Blue, round, metal, hollow canister with rounded cap at top. Cap has a hole through it. There is an inner sheaf of metal with corrugated end down to half way. At bottom of the canister lip are small holes all around. The lower half has a metal door and hinge - door has 4 windows with layered muscovite sheets.
