Description

Blue, round, metal, hollow canister with rounded cap at top. Cap has a hole in the centre. There is an inner metal sheaf with corrugated end down half way. Bottom of the canister has a metal lip with small holes all around. The lower half has a metal door on a hinge - door has 4 windows with layered muscovite sheets.
